About Me

Hi, I’m Ellie - yoga teacher, space holder, breath lover, and big believer in slowing down.I came to yoga during a time when I felt completely disconnected from myself, caught in the noise, the pace, the pressure. What I found was more than movement. I found space to breathe. To feel. To begin again.My classes are about just that; creating gentle, supportive spaces where you can come as you are. Whether it’s your first time on the mat or your hundredth, you’re welcome here. No expectations, no performance, just presence.You’ll find a mix of grounding vinyasa, restful yin inspired flows, deep savasana, and simple, accessible breathwork and meditation. Everything I share is about helping you reconnect with your body, soften your mind, and return to your breath, because that’s where the magic happens - where we truly find ourselves again and again.Outside of teaching, you’ll probably find me running, walking in nature, travelling or writing playlists for class with a lot of love.This practice changed my life and I’d be honoured to share it with you.
